How are Targeted Individuals, especially us who are homeless, supposed to prepare for this? Do you think this is just a fear mongering tactic for nothing, like anthrax & Ebola, or is this the REAL deal? I know I shouldn’t be afraid, but I am. I have no way to prepare, either.
