Ottie accidentally stumbled upon the topics of Targeted Individuals & Gang Stalking on the internet, because he was researching ideas on Reddit in the BeerMoney section about how to prank his college roommate for April Fool's. He was a broke, struggling college Sophomore at Arizona State University, so he was fascinated by such a quick & big money-making opportunity. He was desperate for money & willing to do ANYTHING to get it, as long as he never got punished. Ottie decided he didn't want to prank his roommate in that style or vex his roommate like that with just a 1-time ordeal.
Ottie researched Gang Stalking tactics thoroughly & then contacted a popular, well-known Freemason, named Brian Roberts. Brian showed him the ropes & got him put on, & he was THRILLED about how quickly & easily he could surveil, stalk, harass & torture people with rewards, instead of consequences. Ottie could commit crimes & get rewarded for them, with free Walmart gift cards, housing, cars, money etc.
Ottie felt like it was a helpless addiction & compared it to gambling. He quit college just to pledge allegiance to the Gang Stalking cult. He even stumbled upon Chief Handler on YouTube & said, "Hey. I wanna be like that guy". Then, he created a YouTube account & called it, "Perp Addict". He started trolling, harassing, stalking & cyber bullying many different Targeted Individuals on YouTube, making false rumors, falsely reporting them, trying to get their channels taken down & also posting rude comments. He even started making mocking videos, likened unto staged, fake Targeted Individual parody videos that outsiders found HILARIOUS, & some real TI's were deceived into believing that he was 1 of their kind & started blindly defending him when he persecuted other real TI's in their video comments. He grew to be very popular & well-liked. Over 3,000 subscribers in less than 2 weeks. & his channel grew to be more popular.
People saw Ottie for the perp that he was, yet some were still blind. But by that time, he was untouchable.
A Christian female TI on YouTube, with the username "Alabaster box of ointment TI" told him to repent & turn to Jesus Christ, but he said, "No. Brian Roberts is my master. Not some fake, fairytale fictional character. Your fictional character isn't paying my bills, is he?"
The next day, Ottie woke up in the emergency room, not knowing why he was there, & he found out that he had rapidly growing cancer. He died later on that evening. He had cancer for a long time, that he didn't realize he had.
