I thought "Targeted Individuals" were supposed to be the "144,000" or "God's Chosen" "Chosen Ones". They're narcissistic enough to "hand pick" who they view as "Chosen", based on how popular you are. This video, I didn't watch it, but I saw the comments of him complaining that a female Targeted Individual took advantage of him, & he was actually defending & agreeing with people saying that she was "crazy" & needed "psychiatric treatment".
