How pitiful! First of all, he kept switching between calling it a house & calling it an apartment. I'm not a bitch about other people using poor grammar, but people say that it's a red flag to look for in a scam. The email he sent was creepy because he acted like he wanted me to be an obedient little "slave" to taking care of his fake "property". It's eerily similar to the STYLE of how when Alex du Pre' pretended to be fake "nice" & offer me a deal to sell out & become a "lady of nights" prostitute & a perp, in which, I vehemently rejected all of those offers by different perps & handlers to try to get me to abandon my Christian faith & become a Satanic Gang Stalking prostitute.

Some other TI's have told me to watch out because the Gang Stalkers will sometimes prey on our desperation & put up fake Craigslist ads, EXCLUSIVELY for the target, that we're mind-controlled into responding & giving in to their fake scams.
I remember, in late 2020/early 2021, there was a similar attempt to scam & swindle me, & I even did a YouTube video on it. I'd have to go find it. He was talking about having me to pay 1st & last months rent, & that 3 1/2 times the rent wasn't necessary. Then, he talked about how he was going to mail me keys after the deposit was received. He admitted that he was out of state. I almost fell for that trick. I was disappointed. I was going to use the 2nd stimulus check. The $600 towards that, if it was legit.
