Welp, you're NEVER going to get the perfect candidate or the right fit. That's why there's such a high turnover, & you can't keep employees. It's narcissistic slavery to force your employees to work 10+ hours without any break & then pay them minimum wage & give no benefits. & people aren't allowed to question you. You take lunch breaks & other breaks whenever you feel like it. Stop treating people like robotic marionette puppets!
