Narcissistic abuse, quite naturally, comes with the territory of gang stalking. Both narcissists & gang stalkers perform the act of gaslighting. They do stuff on purpose, JUST to get underneath your skin & make you mad. They even brag & laugh at triggering & provoking you. But they're the "hurt victim" once you retaliate. Sometimes, they psychologically, mentally & emotionally poke & prod at you, until they succeed at getting you to "snap" & go off. When you DO snap or lash out, it can range from cussing the narcissist or perp out to hitting them or throwing something at them, or in the most EXTREME cases, a mass shooting.
You don't have to worry about me doing a mass shooting, since I don't have access to guns. I don't even fantasize or think about shooting people. I heard that the guys named below, were MK Ultra mind controlled to do what they did.

Star Bricker, Alex du Pre', & others (including my twin sister), have been poking & prodding at me for almost 3 years. Foster & biological family members have done it to me all my life. Even dealing with bullies from kindergarten through college. Trying to trigger you & push your buttons.
Sometimes, if you're already irritated & have had a bad day with all the bigger stuff, the smallest little EXTRA thing can push you over the edge. Then, that makes people think that you snapped & went off, over something trivial.
Ex: You got into a car accident one day, then lost your job the next day. Later that night, you find your wife in bed with another WOMAN (not man). Then the next morning, you wake up to find out that your son died.
You go to the coffee shop, & encounter a rude narcissistic gang stalking cashier who short-changed you & also served you caffeinated coffee, when you asked for decaf. After that, you angrily throw hot coffee onto the rude cashier, storm out of there, & slam the door. Other customers & employees would think that you're crazy & are tripping over a simple cup of coffee.
I can name numerous examples of my own situations that were somewhat similar, but this blog post would never end; & you might as well call it a book. & then society falsely deems you as crazy, dangerous, violent & needing to be watched 24/7. Usually, the targeted individual &/or narcissistic abuse sufferer is a sweet, kind & gentle soul, who wouldn't hurt a fly. We try our best to be non-violent, law abiding citizens.
& it's the WORST when there's a pregnant narcissistic gang stalker who would try to do this to you, in a situation where you can't easily just get up & walk away. Gang Stalkers even get their children to perp, trigger & provoke you. I've been bullied, ganged up on & harassed by groups of children, no matter what city & state. About a week or 2 ago, I dealt with some gang stalking teen bullies who were out too late past curfew.
