Livin' La Pura Vida

I'm going to try to do another short story, in hopes to get enough money for food to eat. The narcissistic gang stalkers caused me performance anxiety & shot down my confidence. I'm still feeling the effects of sleep deprivation. I'm going to try my best to come up with something. This is "work". My side hustle. Applied for a few jobs last week & got ghosted &/or stood up.

So, here's the short story.

Flash fiction? Microfiction? What is it? Free writing? Brainstorming? Trying to be creative. I can barely function with this sleep deprivation, but I'm trying. Gang Stalkers sabotage everything I try to do good, & then call me "negative".

See? On my blog, I post a bit of background & some personal stuff, but if you just want to get straight to the point with reading a short story, then you can always go to my Ko-Fi.

& here's my current fundraiser, trying to survive as a homeless Targeted Individual.

I'm not just an idle beggar. I try to survive on my own & make a living. The gang stalkers sabotage it, just to keep up with their fake smear campaign narratives.

I'm going to do a fictional short story, based on the scenery of my 2005 college study abroad experiences in Costa Rica.

pure life
The term “Pura Vida” has been present in Costa Rica's vocabulary for over 50 years. It's English translation means “pure life” or “simple life", however its more then just a phrase- it is a way of life. Where did this phrase originally come from?

Why do they say Pura Vida in Costa Rica?
“Pura Vida” (pronounced poo-rah vee-duh) represents Costa Ricans' relaxed attitude towards life, no matter the circumstance. It's used to say hello, goodbye, to say everything is okay, and to brush off any negativity. It's a way of life and an attitude, and using it can help you fit in with the locals.Nov 8, 2018

Lemme give you a brief talk about my experiences in Costa Rica. I believe that I was being singled out & perped in Costa Rica. I need to do a separate blog post, talking about my gang stalking experiences with studying abroad in Costa Rica. They made SURE I didn't get to have a good time or anything positive to say! The only good experiences I had were experiences with nature. Everyone was abusive & mean & hated me since day 1. The Costa Rican host mom & her son were even perps. I did a couple of YouTube videos talking about my experiences on my other channels, but I'm pretty sure those videos are set to private.

Due to this gang stalking & having NO Hispanic friends, or any friends, I gave up on striving for a Spanish translation career long time ago. Life is too short to chase after a "career". I, myself, need to get my soul right with God. The gang stalkers try to mock & hinder that, too.

What I'm going to do is, write this short story in English & then cheat & use Google Translate to translate it to Spanish. 😂🤡🤦‍♀️ But I'm going to put the English only version on YouTube & Ko-Fi.

The gang stalkers are remotely burning my left eye, as punishment for trying to better myself. Now, they're also vibrating both of my feet.

Viviendo La Pura Vida

Isabel Vargas, a Chilean immigrant, came to the United States of America, hoping to get to live the American Dream. She was met with disappointment. She even sought out to marry a rich Caucasian man, named Robert Weeks, & was married to him for 20 years. Things didn't turn out well, because he was a covert narcissist.

Robert was manipulative & controlling with the money, which resulted in Isabel getting frustrated & finding her own job. She juggled between working & taking care of the kids. Robert had all that money, but he left her to pay all the bills. She slaved her life away with that marriage.

Right after Isabel retired, she gladly divorced Robert. She was sick & tired of all of his manipulation, fakery & gaslighting. She was sick & tired of the lectures. She wanted to get her groove back, like Stella, but was trapped & looking for a way out.

After some time, Robert died. Isabel had mixed feelings with her grief. She didn't know whether or not to be sad & mourn, or to be glad & celebrate. She wanted to go back to her home country, Chile, but couldn't (for reasons unknown. Maybe she had a traumatic childhood, growing up.). So, she wasn't sure of whether or not she wanted to retire in Mexico, Costa Rica or Panama. All she knew, was that she was sick of such a scam, called the United States of America & wanted to go back to her Latin American roots. She even considered moving to Brazil, Portugal or Spain. She didn't flip a coin because she had more than 2 options. So, she wrote those 6 countries on a piece of paper, closed her eyes, mixed them together, & then picked one. She gave herself 4 tries. Costa Rica KEPT being selected! She was hoping to go overseas. She even said that she wanted to travel to Africa & Europe.

Isabel got frustrated & asked her now grown daughter, Carmen, for advice. Carmen said, "Look, Mom. Everyone in town saw the headache that Dad put you through throughout the years. You weren't psychotic or crazy. He was a very evil, disgusting man. Why were you livin' la vida loca, when you could've been livin' la pura vida, all these years?"

Isabel's son, Roberto, said, "It's not too late. Let us all start livin' la pura vida & do away with such drama, negativity & vida loca." Then, he laughed & said, "You know, you can TRULY live la pura vida in Costa Rica. You know, living the simple life on less money. You can retire stress free. Explore nature. Praise the Lord in peace, without the chaos. I'm about to start church planting & also rescuing human trafficking victims. I want to win souls to Jesus Christ."

Carmen said, "Alrighty then, brother! Let's make it happen!"

They all traveled via airplane from San Jose, California to San Jose, Costa Rica. No coincidence. Roberto bought up a few condos to house & rescue human trafficking victims from all backgrounds. He didn't discriminate or turn anyone away. He prayed 3 times a day, like Daniel. He gave everyone the Word & preached. He gave the victims food, clothing, shelter & some peace of mind. He created a safe haven for the victims.

Some of the victims were scared of their traffickers finding out about their whereabouts. Roberto gave them these scriptures.

Proverbs 29:25
King James Version

25 The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe.

Matthew 10:28
King James Version

28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Proverbs 9:10
King James Version

10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

Isaiah 54:17
King James Version

17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

He also reminded the victims of the eternal fate of their traffickers.

Luke 13:28
King James Version

28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.

Mark 9:44-48
King James Version

44 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

45 And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:

46 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

47 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire:

48 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

That helped the victims feel more like survivors.

Carmen was more like a counselor, since she was seen as to be emotionally stronger than her mother. Her mother, Isabel, was more like an activity coordinator, keeping the trafficking victims occupied by sending them on weekly healing field trips, such as doing things like standing underneath a waterfall, walking through a forest, going to the beach & doing all kinds of traveling. They traveled to places like Arenal, Poas & Irazu volcanoes. They visited hot springs. They went to the Jade Museum, the Coffee Museum & the Butterfly Museum. Trips like that helped the victims realize the beauty & realness of God's creation. To help them have some hope in life.

1 thing Isabel had in common with the human trafficking victims was that they were living la vida loca. Thanks to Carmen & Roberto, they were able to turn that vida loca into pura vida. They wanted the Lord Jesus Christ to receive the credit, & they didn't want to get the credit for themselves. More volunteers came onboard, & everything expanded with victims of human trafficking, narcissistic abuse & cults. They even expanded the program to the United States. In the USA, the victims were able to explore trips like the Grand Canyon & the Smoky Mountains. They refused to be incorporated with 501(c)3, & they wanted to remain underground. They stood their ground & refused to become corporate sellouts & exploit & re-traumatize the victims. No more vida loca.

THE END!

Ok, here's the cheated Google Translate Spanish version. Lol! Shame on me!

Well, it looks like I'm not going to bother with it because Google says it exceeds the 3900 character limit.
