Yes, I'm a few days of sleep deprived, due to the gang stalking. & the perps try to put me down & insult me. But that's not going to stop me from writing.
I'm about to challenge myself to creatively & freely write a short story for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, then I will stop. If you don't like what I write, don't try to read it.
Here, I'm trying to do something positive & productive!
So, yes. It took me 19 minutes to write this. Now, time to edit.

Owen woke up 1 morning & saw his 2 Tabby cats, Zella & Bella, in the living room; but he couldn't find his ferret, Fredna. Sadly, Fredna, his pet ferret, ran away. Maybe Fredna ran away when he left the door opened while bringing groceries inside. Bella & Zella meowed so much because they missed Fredna.
He put up signs all over the neighborhood, on Craigslist & also on Facebook. Turns out that an elderly neighbor 5 doors down had found the ferret & sold it on Facebook Marketplace to a teenager, named Elliott, for $300. The neighbor, Margaret, had no idea that Fredna belonged to Owen. All she knew was that there was an unclaimed unique animal roaming the streets. Margaret wasn't aware of any posters on street light poles, telling people that there would be a $2,000 reward for Fredna's return.
When Elliott was riding go karts with his cousins & friends, he noticed the neighborhood posters. He felt like he would rather take $2,000 than to keep a ferret because that would be less college student loan money that he would have to take out. He dreamed of becoming an aeronautical engineer. He felt like, with an aeronautical engineer career, he could always pay off his student loans & buy his own ferret.
Elliott called Owen & let him know about the ferret. He didn't tell him anything about Fredna being sold on Facebook. He was grateful for the $2,000 & then years later, he bought Owen another pet ferret & also bought Mrs. Margaret her own ferret. The joy of a pet ferret helped Margaret stay alive a few years longer. Bella & Zella were glad to have a new pet ferret friend who was much friendlier than Fredna.
