It's time to celebrate. Vladimir came into some money from a lawsuit. He loaned his brother Amir his new teal blue BMW SUV. Amir was so giddy & excited. He took advantage of the opportunity.
Amir drove from Anderson, South Carolina to the Blue Ridge Mountains. He didn't know what to expect. He 1st stopped at the Anderson Jockey Lot & Farmer's Market in Belton. He felt the same kind of excitement as when a kid jumps into the pit of balls at Chuck E. Cheese. He bought a couple of puppies, bought some vintage vinyl records & a few other knick knacks. He also ate a Cuban Reuben sandwich.
After Amir left, he rode to Falls Park downtown, just to gaze at the waterfalls. He said that it was such a great place for travel photography. He enjoyed an ice cream cone afterwards.
Then, he went to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe' & Grocery. He was amazed at the natural raw butter, the muscadines, the organic ramen noodles, elk meat & other intriguing items. He felt just so spoiled. He walked the walking trail nearby & then took a break.
After his break, he booked an Airbnb for the night & took a relaxing detox bath, which helped induce great sleep so that he could be ready for the next day.
When he woke up & checked out of the Airbnb, he rode all the way to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Good thing his brother had some big jugs in the back seat. He found a natural spring with the best drinking water the world. He filled those babies up.
On his last stop, he went to Paris Mountain State Park. He swam in the lake & did some paddle boating. He decided that he had enough fun, so he rode back home to Anderson.
Vladimir was angry, frustrated & worried. He was on the verge of filing a missing persons report. He also was going to report his brother for Grand Theft Auto.
Vladimir was so mad at Amir, but what saved the anger was that Amir surprised him with the exact breed of puppy that he always wanted. He always wanted a wrinkly Shar Pei.
Both of them were excited. Vladimir couldn't wait until the following weekend to fulfill what his brother Amir did. This time, they did the trips together, but in reverse. They started off with Paris Mountain State Park, then went to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Amir showed Vladimir the secret natural spring. After that, they booked the same Airbnb & spent the night, taking a detox bath before hitting the road again. They took a morning walk around the trail & then went to the Swamp Rabbit Cafe' & Grocery. Later on, they went to Falls Park. It was a very hot day, so they swam in the water, hoping that they wouldn't contract MRSA. Luckily, they didn't. They had an ice cream cone, & then they went to the Anderson Jockey Lot. This time, they bought some pet chickens & survival gardening seeds. They got an excellent deal on bulk dog food for the Shar Pei. They headed back home & were sad that the trip was over.
