The next door hotel neighbor is making tapping noise harassment, & the cops just harassed me with sirens passing by. Also, boom car noise campaign happened soon as I 1st entered this hotel room.
There was a Black male perp at this hotel who did directed conversation, pretending like he was arguing with someone on the phone, & he used the words "Tahoe" & "police".
