Gang-Stalking and Harassment: Black-listed Targeted Individuals (TIs) are regularly harassed by gangs of vigilante stalkers, often for revenge of speaking out. The cardinal rules of the stalkers are; the harassment must always be subtle, and never be provable. So the TI is fully aware, that stalking is occurring. But to any bystanders in the vicinity, it's invisible, and blends in like "life in the big city". (00:30)
Gangs of Stalkers vs. a Single Stalker: The Gang-Stalking participants that harass TIs are countless and organized. They work in shifts, and proficiently hand-off TIs as they travel between territories, on a 24x7 basis. So there is literally no time, and no where that a TI can go to avoid the stalking. Thus, Gang-Stalking has more of an effect on a victim -- than a single stalker, who works alone to harass an ex-lover, for example. (00:56)
Who are the Gangs of Stalkers: Tradespeople, city workers, cab drivers, and delivery people are recruited. Highly sought after professions are locksmiths, maintenance people, water and gas employees, phone and cable installers. And people with "keys" that are "trusted". Motorcycle gangs, retired, and non-working people also participate. And of course the neighborhood watch is big into stalking. Some people prefer to call it Community-Stalking or Vigilante-Stalking rather than Gang-Stalking, but it's the same thing. (01:26)
Character Assassination and Gag Orders: Slander is "always" a part of a TI's targeting. It is carried out by schooled Perps, or perpetrators -- who infect "everyone" the TI comes into contact with -- by either whispering lies about the TI -- or by more subtle means. The people who are lied to -- are immediately gagged -- and instructed not to advise the TI -- of what was said -- or who said it. At that point in time, they become a Gagged Person (GP). Targeted Individuals are thus unable to defend their own character. Following the gagging, the GP is recruited -- to participate in the administration of secret vigilante justice and harassment of the TI -- all of which is justified by the Perp's secret slander. (01:52)
Bribes and Perping: TIs with sufficient finances, are sometimes extorted to pay a bribe, in exchange for lifting their targeting. Whereas, TIs with inadequate finances -- are bribed, threatened, or both -- to turn coat, become a Green Perp, and to target other TIs. Agreeing to a bribe can reduce the targeting on them self, or their family, and they may be allowed to work again. But cooperating with organized crime is a life long curse. And what I am describing "is" organized crime. (02:37)
Forced Homelessness: A TI's life is intentionally destroyed, and attempts are made to drive them to homelessness -- by affecting their personal and business relationships, "slowly" increasing each of their costs, decreasing their income -- often interfering with their attempts to get a job. Perhaps some of the street people you see, are the honorable ones, who wouldn't agree to a bribe, or threat. (03:06)
The "Integrity" of Intelligence Officers: TIs who possess special knowledge or skills -- have reported bribe attempts by supposed NSA officials, to join forces with them -- in order to lift their targeting. On a similar note; CIA recruitment "offers", are known to accompany a life-long stalking threat -- if the person refuses "employment". So a potential recruit can pick their poison -- they can either; be a spook forever, or be forever stalked -- either way, once they meet up with the intelligence ilk, their life will never be the same. This is something to think about, before pursuing civilian or military clearances -- because once you know too much, you're in for life. (03:19)
The Long Road to Discovering the Secret: Even though the TI realizes that they are being continually discredited and harassed, it sometimes takes them, many years to finally discover -- that what has been happening to them -- is a formal protocol of "organized" stalking. Once they become aware of this protocol, and begin researching it on the web, they discover the actual terms; Gang-Stalking and Targeted Individual (TI). Countless TIs have said that they feared for their life, when the stalking started -- until they finally discovered the secret -- and those two terms. (04:01)
When a TI Realizes -- that They're Just the Tip of the Iceberg: Upon googling the Gang-Stalking protocol, a TI discovers that countless other TIs -- are in the same boat as they are -- the majority of whom are what is commonly called an "unaware TI" -- just as they had not known, for so long. (04:37)
Secret Conspiracy: Some TIs are miffed to discover that something so, "out in the open" could remain such a secret in society -- especially when it had been happening to THEM for so long. Prior to their targeting, most TIs had never heard of such a thing. Other people are shocked to hear of it as well -- and many have trouble believing it. Understandably they wonder how something so crazy sounding could have existed, right under their noses, for their whole life, without them knowing about it. And the people who really haven't heard of it -- sound equally bewildered to the liars who are covering it up. (04:59)
Professionals Play Dumb -- or Risk Losing their Credentials: Cops, attorneys, psychs, health care, and others professionals -- are "in on" the conspiracy -- to not discuss harassment or stalking. They must play dumb and act bewildered -- or risk losing their credentials -- for starters -- which can be followed by the threat to targeting of them self, and their family -- if they don't toe the mark. If you think this sounds far fetched -- why don't you bring up stalking with someone you know in one of these professions -- and see if they start sweating! Countless TI's have sought advice from these "trusted" professions and authority figures. Universally these TIs have said, the professionals "could" have wised them up -- but they said nothing -- and sometimes they even lied. This keeps Gang-Stalking under the radar. (05:27)
The Flooding of Gang-Stalking Discussions -- with CRAZY Sounding Disinformation: The subject of Gang-Stalking is continually flooded, by an organized army of paid professionals -- who mix dis-info with truth. So the average person doesn't know "what" to believe. A few of the issues must be true, but who knows which? ALL of the issues SOUND CRAZY though -- starting with Gang-Stalking itself. Frustrated victims -- as well as shills who pretend to be frustrated -- both need tell their far fetched stories elsewhere though. Because this web site, and this talk show -- focus on what I am certain of -- Gang-Stalking. (06:09)
Who Pays the Disinformation Shills: Considering the endless funds that are spent deploying Gang-Stalking -- the cost of a paid disinformation shill brigade -- to continually flood Gang-Stalking discussions with crazy sounding talk -- ought to be a drop in the bucket. (06:50)
The Risk of Being Sent to a Mental Institution: If a TI mentions harassment to an authority figure, they risk the punishment of psychiatric "care", which would further discredit them. So most TIs keep quiet -- and put up with their daily harassment -- often thinking they're the only one. Some wonder how could anything so crazy could be happening -- and it would only natural for them to doubt their own sanity. But then one day they "wise up" to the terms -- Gang-Stalking and Targeted Individuals -- and it all adds up -- and the game changes. (07:28)
Who Initiates Gang-Stalking and for What Motive: Some TIs were chosen as targets for "revenge" of having spoken out -- their families, are often targeted as well, children included -- for life. Again and again, it is reported that generations of families are targeted -- in order to wipe out entire blood lines. Organized crime also uses the system -- to seize control of a TI's assets. Some TIs have stated, they feel like they are being used as target practice, to keep surveillance skills sharp. And lastly, TIs are often referred to as human lab rats, used for medical experimentation, without their knowledge or consent. There's never proof on any of these issues -- in keeping with the Gang-Stalking protocol of secrecy. But most TIs never find out why they were chosen. (07:46)
Law Enforcement Cooperation: The same law enforcement resources that are used to catch bad guys, are unleashed on TIs. This leaves little doubt that Gang-Stalking has government involvement -- with their endless resources. (08:34)
Government Involvement: Normal people understandably find it hard to believe, that their government would spend so much money -- funding a program that harasses, discredits, mobs, defrauds -- and plays continual dirty tricks on their own citizens. People often ask, "what's so special about you" -- it would be a lot cheaper to just shoot a TI -- "it doesn't make sense". Why would the government want to income-lynch a TI, destroy their relationships, isolate them, and "slowly" drive them to forced homelessness -- at which point many take a "deal", which "turns" them into Perps? It all sounds pretty sick -- and crazy doesn't it? Just the way Gang-Stalking is intended to sound. (08:49)
No Due Process: TIs never learn the reason why they were chosen -- because their vigilante "trial" took place in secret, without due process -- without the TI even knowing about it. Many go through life asking them self, "would could I have done to deserve this?" (09:27)
World-Wide: Gang-Stalking is a world-wide protocol, which seamlessly follows a TI through life -- as they travel -- and as they relocate to new residences, states, and countries. It's even present in Communist countries. (09:43)

Short Version:
Targeted Individual (TI): A TI has been Black-Listed -- often out of revenge for having spoken out -- and is regularly slandered and harassed -- in an organized protocol known as Gang-Stalking.
Perp: Perps ruthlessly slander, stalk, and harass TIs -- for money, expectation, or enjoyment -- they are schooled at deceiving and Gagging People (GP), then recruiting them into participating.
Gagged Person (GP): A GP is connected to the TI, often loosely -- GPs are Gagged by the Perp, once they hear their slander about the TI -- next the GP is recruited by the Perp to help administer vigilante justice to the TI -- which is justified by the Perp's secret slander.
Handler: A cowardly Handler remains unseen -- they pull strings -- and use Perps and GPs to stalk, harass, and slander the TI -- each TI has a ruthless Handler that manages their targeting.

Medium Version:
Targeted Individual (TI): Many Targeted Individuals are regularly persecuted, for having spoken out. From a Gang-Stalking perspective, these TIs have been Black-Listed. This means they are slated for life-long harassment, mobbing, stalking and continual slander -- which is often unleashed on their family as well, children included. Each TI has a primary Handler assigned to them.
Handler: A Handler has never been a Targeted Individual (TI). They orchestrate the slander and harassment activities -- against the TIs who they oversee. Handlers are never seen while doing their shameful job -- although the TI may know, but not suspect them. All Handlers share use of; a common, and largely rotating pool of Seasoned Perps and Green Perps. The database also includes the Gagged People (GP), that each TI is connected to, often loosely. In summary, Handlers are cowards who pull strings, and oversee the slander and harassment, onto TIs -- using Perps and GPs.
Seasoned Perp: A Seasoned Perp targets Targeted Individuals (TI) -- using the ruthless "skills" they learned at "Perp School" -- such as threats, harassment and character assassination. They have been hypnotized -- to feel no guilt, remorse, or compassion for the TIs they persecute. Many Seasoned Perps rose "up" from the ranks of TIs -- and they are now at the "highest" position that they can ever be trusted at. However, those Perps, who have "never" been a TI -- "can" be trusted with more responsibility, and might someday be "promoted" to Handler. The surveillance of Perps is as rigorous, as it is for the TIs they surveil. Any Perp -- who a TI senses emotion from -- is not a Seasoned-Perp -- but rather a Green-Perp, or a Gagged Person.
Green Perp: When a newly Aware Targeted Individual (TI) accepts a bribe, threat, or both -- they become a Green-Perp (also known as a Perp-Lite or a Snitch). This is a role which often involves targeting other TIs. Those who knew the TI, before they sold their soul -- can observe sudden disturbing changes -- as the Green-Perp, begins exhibiting previously unseen behavior, and often CRAZY talk. From this point on, anything they say is to be doubted, their integrity is gone. As justification, they sometimes dwell on the issues which led to their decision to become a Perp -- but they won't admit they are one -- and they avoid any discussion of the issue. The TI to Green-Perp conversion occurs secretly -- and is an immediately effective, life long commitment. As compensation for their participation, they are subjected to less pressure on them self, reduced targeting of their family, or with favors, such as money or being allowed to work.
Gagged Person (GP): A Gagged Person (GP) is whispered lies and slander, by a Perp, about a Targeted Individual (TI). If the GP believes the lies, they will feel righteous in helping to administer secret vigilante justice against the TI -- and they are recruited to this "patriotic" cause by the Perp. Once they have heard the slander -- GPs are gagged -- even though the Perp usually has no legal authority to do so. After this the GP will not advise the TI -- of either the slander they have heard -- or the identity of the Perp who whispered it. GPs fear the possibility that the slander may actually be true -- or even worse -- if it is false -- they feel threatened -- that similar slander may be unleashed against them -- unless they cooperate with the vigilante justice against the TI.
Troll: A Troll stirs things up, and harasses people on the Internet. They are un-paid -- and do it because they enjoy it.
Truther: A Truther is someone who at their own expense, works to expose and correct an unjust issue in society. Truthers introduce hope, if they can credibly help expose Gang-Stalking. Unlike Targeted Individuals (TI), who "are" under constant surveillance -- Truthers are "not" surveilled, and they can clandestinely participate in busting Perps -- in order to provide evidence of the Gang-Stalking.
Todo:
Clearly state that there are two kinds of perps; 1) those who "rose" up from former TIs, 2) those who started out at Perps -- and are thus more trusted by the Gov-Mob.

Figure out what's going on first -- You can't undo providing a; name, phone# or email.

A TI with lots of friends -- is probably a corrupted TI / Perp, or a Perp masquerading as a TI.

Five Phases a Targeted Individual (TI) can Endure
Short Version:
1 -- Covert Phase: Subtle harassment of a TI -- with detailed intelligence gathering.
This phase can go on for years -- to un-aware Targeted Individuals (TI).
2 -- Overt Phase: TIs are stalked, harassed, slandered & the perps want them to know it.
But it may be years -- until a TI becomes Aware -- that it is Organized CoIntelPro.
3 -- Aware TI: The TI finally becomes Aware -- it is Organized & called Gang-Stalking.
Newly aware TIs are uncorrupted -- but if they're broke -- they RISK being turned.
4 -- Green Perp: At their lowest point a TI is approached -- with a supposed rescue deal.
This last ditch deal -- would turn and corrupt them -- in exchange for self preservation.
They'd "receive" less targeting of self & family -- plus they can suddenly "find" a job.
5 -- Seasoned Perp: Candidate goes to Perp School.
Hypnotized -- trained to harass, slander, mob, threaten -- and in name collection.
Medium Version:
1 -- Covert Phase: In the beginning, the harassment, slander and surveillance of a TI is so subtle, that it can occur for many years -- the TI knows it's not normal -- but may come to expect it. Examples are; people being rude for no reason, poor service from businesses, ridicule, elementary mobbing in the workplace, low level noise campaigns, a string of at-fault auto accidents, suddenly begins being pulled over a lot by police, bodily "accidents", people rooting through your trash, repeated unlucky home or auto repairs, deals falling through at the last minute, rumors spread about you, unfriendly family, neighbors outside each time the TI enters and exits their residence, relationships turning sour, TI becomes isolated from personal human interaction. Often it's not until well into Phase 3 -- that a TI realizes, this "covert phase" had been been occurring -- long before they had originally thought.
2 -- Overt Phase: Beginning with this phase, the Stalkers want the TI to know -- that they are being routinely harassed, stalked and slandered. The examples of issues described in the previous Covert phase become more harsh and aggressive in this Overt phase. Many TIs fear for their life when they first realize -- they are being stalked by gangs. They had never heard of such a thing in society, and can doubt their own sanity. They become sometimes become aware that they are being surveilled, with "directed conversations" by strangers -- mentioning personal things from years ago, documents on their hard drive, home or phone conversations. Some have reached out to authority figures (police, attorneys, health care workers, psychs) who could have wised them up to the protocol -- but these professions are gagged, and in real fear of losing their credentials -- or of becoming a target them self, their family or assets. So the "professionals" said nothing, and sometimes they even participated in the perping. TIs can often pinpoint the date -- when the accelerated Overt Phase began. Some TIs catch on quickly -- that the Overt Phase is Organized -- and they move onto the Aware -- Phase 3. While other TIs are stalked, harassed and slandered literally for years -- before finally becoming Aware -- that it is Organized -- and known as Gang-Stalking or CoIntelPro.
3 -- Aware TI: Finally one day -- the TI becomes aware -- of what has been happening to them -- it is called -- Organized Gang-Stalking. For the first time ever, things start to add up -- but now that they have become aware -- their targeting increases to its highest point ever. The perps try to keep TIs moving to different residences, which depletes their financial reserves, and the targeting will follow them anyway. Their income decreases and costs unluckily increase regularly -- a little bit at a time. Most "aware TIs" are interfered with from getting a job -- because the targeters want them to exhaust their savings and income -- with a goal of forcing them to eventual homelessness. Newly aware TIs are uncorrupted -- but if they are broke -- they RISK being turned into a Perp. Targeting typically increases -- once they become an "Aware TI" -- and anything they do to try to help them self, or speak out, will backfire with increased targeting. Everybody they come into contact with is compromised, conversations are commonly interrupted.
4 --Green Perp: When a TI is at their lowest point -- financially, emotionally, possibly even suicidal -- they are "approached" by a Perp -- with a supposed rescue "deal". But if they take the deal, it will corrupt them -- and "turn" them into a Green Perp (sometimes called a Snitch or a Perp Lite). Agreeing to the deal would "turn" them into a detestable Perp -- like the ones who have been targeting them all of this time. After becoming a Perp -- many un-employed TIs are able to suddenly "find" a job as part of the corrupting deal. The deal may initially lessen the targeting on them self and their family. However, it is said that Green Perps, and their families, eventually get targeted as much -- or more than before. Except now they have "become" one of the Stalker / Perps -- who they used to detest. And it's just getting started -- remember they're still a "Green" Perp. And they've made a lifelong commitment -- to what -- they don't know yet.
5 -- Seasoned Perp: In this phase, Green Perps attend Perp School -- where they are hypnotized & trained in the "skills" of harassment, slander, mobbing & threats -- and collecting names / phone# / email, of other TIs -- who are turned into Green Perps. This page is a work in progress.

Ask yourself the questions below -- about any person -- you will get the idea.
Consider how they deal with you -- and -- how they deal with others.
Whether Someone is a: TI, Perp or TI-Perp:
Big Picture:
How did the two of you meet, were you looking for them, or did they find you?
Does your relationship with them, seem to be based on your acceptance of their viewpoint?
Do they do things -- to help you -- or hinder you?
Is their heart into helping you?
Would they be willing to sacrifice you, to save their family, or their own skin?
Interruptions:
Do they interrupt you, to stop you from stating issues which don't make their point?
Do they frequently exhibit disrespect for your good points?
Do they frequently "happen" to phone you, or arrive just in time, to interrupt your meaningful discussion with others?
Their Stories:
Are their stories consistent each time you hear them, or are they always changing?
Getting the Word Out -- about Gang-Stalking:
Do they make any effort whatsoever -- to get the word out about Gang-Stalking?
Would their actions or advice lead to NOT getting out the word about Gang-Stalking?
Would their advice lead to getting an inaccurate or crazy sounding word about Gang-Stalking?
Actions:
Do they try to educate people about Perp-dom?
Advice:
Have they ever given you good advice?
Do they make suggestions encouraging you to perform illegal or harmful acts?
Have you ever heard them give useful advice to anybody? (was that person a TI)
Have you heard them give bad advice to anyone?
Do they mix good advice with bad or whacky sounding advice -- on purpose?
Skepticism:
Do they try to shame you for being too skeptical?
Are they a skeptic?
Do they challenge anyone?
Trust:
Could they have said something to wise you up, but didn't?
Do things you reveal to them about yourself, commonly come back to haunt you?
Do they play both sides of the fence?
Friends:
Do they have a lot of friends? (meaning they're probably not an un-compromised TI)
Are they enemies with anybody? (do these people appear to be un-corrupted TIs)
Cutting Slack:
Who do they cut slack to?
Who don't they cut slack to?
Do they help cover up for other perps?
Do their communications tend to favor or justify the position of perps?
Perpish Acts:
Do they target you or other people that appear to be un-corrupted TIs?
Are they the pot always calling the kettle black?
Mobbing:
Do they act as a "ring leader" in the mobbing of TIs?
Do they "tag along" in mobbing TIs?
Truth:
Do they interject confusion, which results in distortion or hiding of the truth?
Do they argue with everything you say -- and against everything you stand for?
Do they play a devil's advocate role -- (and if so, does it help you -- or target you)?
Do they challenge untruths, when they know better -- or do they say nothing?
Do they focus on the bogus, when they know better?
Do they allow you and others, to believe lies, as long as it benefits them?
Do their actions result is the burying or destruction of evidence?
Do they twist your words?
Do they intentionally omit facts -- which allow you to believe an half truth -- or an untruth?
Do they go out of their way to tell you more than you asked, in order to give you a fuller picture -- which they must have known you needed to know?
Are they forthcoming with truth?
Do you have to beat the truth out of them?
Do they flood, mob, slander, threaten, crazy talk?
Manipulation:
Do they act hurt if you question bunk that they've said?
Do they say, "trust me" rather than addressing an issue?
Do they seem to stir up conversations to frustrate the target?
Ridicule:
Do they ridicule people?
Do they call you paranoid whenever they run out of intellectual ammunition?
Criticism:
Do they own up to criticism of them self -- if it is well founded?
Do they criticize perps -- or do they let their actions slide?
Quality of Life:
Is their car new, or do they upgrade it often?
Have they recently gotten a new job?
Have they recently upgraded out of homelessness, or a dire situation?
Tough Questions:
Do they answer tough questions, or deflect & ignore them?
Do they change the subject, rather than answer the question?
Slander:
Do they slander TIs without that person's knowledge?
Do they ever point out Perps?
Have they ever told anyone that someone slandered them?
Do they pressure, demand or threaten anyone -- to join their slander campaign?
Substance:
Do they back up their statements with examples, when requested?
Communication:
Do they address tough questions head on, or do they deflect & ignore? (best)
Do their disagreements with your viewpoint appear to be in-sincere?
Do they whisper, and make sure nobody can hear?
Flooding:
Do they flood meaningful discussions with off topic talk?
Setups:
Do they try to set you up?
Do they warn you of setups coming your way, or do they say nothing?
Do they try to make friends with you, and then set you up?
Definitions:
TI:
An uncorrupted Targeted Individual (TI).
Perp:
Has never been a TI -- and who targets TIs & TI - Perps.
TI - Perp:
Started out as an uncorrupted TI.
Accepted a corrupting deal or a threat -- sold their soul to become a TI - Perp.
The TI - Perp targets other TIs -- but still gets targeted them self.

Number of TIs in a Shared Housing Situation:
Small -- 2 or 3 people -- the focus of this document deals with a small situation
Medium/Large -- more than 3 -- the BOTTOM of this document deals with these situations.
Pros of Shared TI Housing:
A TI can be on site at all times -- to deny entry of Perps.
TIs are able to live with other TIs -- who will hopefully not be "turned" into a Perp.
TIs have other TIs around -- to "watch their back".
Reduced cost (hopefully).
Cons of Shared TI Housing:
A Perp masquerading as an uncorrupted "pure" TI could move in.
A TI tenant could be "turned" into a Perp -- after moving in.
A TI can get sucked into moving into a Perp/Owner's house.
As soon as anything starts to work -- the perps will figure out a way to shaft it.
Giving up privacy.
Housing Oriented Issues:
Trust issues -- validate if they're a TI -- TI-Perp -- or Perp.
Cleanliness of living conditions -- with multiple tenants.
Consider toxic mold.
Consider air contamination -- or toxic air assault.
Ground floor, neighbors, smokers, pets.
Trash.
Heating & air conditioning.
Insurance.
Transportation (near a store).
Respect; sympathetic but firm.
Meals.
Space is very important, for living with others.
Desirable Conditions:
Lockable areas for personal effects, meds, etc.
Some preferred to have a private; sleeping area, bathroom, refrigerator.
Consider RVs, which can be moved to different stall, or different lot altogether.
Location -- within walking distance of multiple stores.
Location -- on a mass transit line.
Ability to grow vegetables.
Not be near a toxic waste site.
Issues to Consider:
Different people get different types of targeting.
Source of income for residents.
Alcohol, smoking, pets.
Housing Oriented Questions:
Does signing an affidavit or contract insure they are not a Perp?
Is it best run as; owner/tenant relationship -- or a democracy?
What happens when a tenant wants to bring friends over?

Recognizing Local TIs:
Hermits, perhaps the reason they don't leave their home -- is they are harassed.
Hermits, hey Truthers, read the evidence site, before moving any further.
Cease & Desist, they have written wrote a cease & desist letter.
Cop moves in next door.
Attractive member of opposite sex, always "happens" to sit next to you in flight.
TI Identification:
Identifying a TI -- no job, people talk bad about them, loner, dislike the government.
Obstacles to Overcome:
Any online database would be 50% flooded with Perps if it's just OK -- 90% if it's great.
For the remaining 10% -- they will probably be impersonated.
Forming a relationship "locally" is one thing -- but "long distance" or "online" is more challenging.
Any database with a password will be compromised by Perps.
Whatever you do -- will be disrupted and infiltrated by the Perps -- but where there's a will, there's a way.
Whenever something starts working -- the perps will figure out a way to shaft it.
Solutions:
Try building relationships one-on-one -- vs. a central "authority".
Consider a central database, that you have to phone in to a known contact to update.
Maybe the answer to a common database -- is to have no secrets.

ACLU: People who have contacted them.
HR People: A mole would know who the TIs are.
Insurance Companies: Moles may know who knows stages Perp accidents & their TI victims.
Alarm Companies: In case people call to have an alarm installed.
Through Local Businesses:
Pharmacy: Segregates meds of TIs from the remainder of their patrons.
Medical Center: The doctor & nurse know who other TIs are, but who else at the office?
Radiator Repair: Look for repeat calls -- perps damage may have ruined mine 4 times.
Auto Repair: Repeat problems.
Search the Internet for:
Stupidware: People complaining of the symptoms found on the stupidware page.
Run an Ad: Buy a disposable prepaid phone just for this purpose.
Meeting Others Privately:
Local AND Over the Internet
How to do it clandestinely -- this would involve communicating privately
It's possible that either the TI or the Truther will be an imposter.
This should be expected sometimes, but be sure to keep everything legal

Attorneys: Attorneys know the deal about Gang-Stalking and harassment. But they are forbidden discuss it -- when I sought advice from an attorney about "harassment" -- he was shaking & sweating.
Law Enforcement: On a cop blog once read, "The first rule of Gang-Stalking -- is not to discuss Gang-Stalking" -- at which point the on that thread discussion ended. This explaines why cops will listen to a TI's harassment stories -- but they say nothing to wise them up.
Health Care: Most high livel health care workers are "in on" the secret of Gang-Stalking. If a TI mentions harassment -- they may get a "5150" trip to a psych ward for 72 hours.
Psychs: Psychologists and Psychiatrists will at best mumble nervously to a TI patient that Gang-Stalking occurs. At worst they will play dumb about Gang-Stalking, perp the TI, and milk the system, by providing continued "services" for a supposed mental illness which is based on a fallacy -- because psychs know very well that Gang-Stalking exists -- the milkers learned the secret way back in school.
Neighborhood Watch: Every time a TI walks out their door, or comes home, the neighborhood watcher is there to stalk. If they're such caring people -- how come entire families are targeted, children included?
Churches: Time and again we hear stories about religious institutions that participate in perping TI parishioners. [see for yourself]
Organized Motorcycle Gangs (OMG's): What do OMG's have in common with churches, attorneys, cops, etc? The members of this unholy alliance all collude in participating and hiding Gang-Stalking from TI's.

FFCHS is an online cult -- I believe they are a government funded front -- who's purpose is to continually spew un-Earthly crazy sounding talk -- to flood the Black-Listed, Gang-Stalking landscape -- with laughable dis-information.
A wolf in sheep's clothing, FFCHS discredits the very Targeted Individuals (TIs), who they pretend to help. And TIs have no place else to turn.
The gov does not want the word to get out about Gang-Stalking -- but if word does get out -- they want it to be flooded with crazy sounding un-Earthly stories. It is FFCHS's number one job -- to discredit TIs and Gang-Stalking.
Un-Earthly crazy talk seems to be a requirement -- for anyone involved with the cult. Most of them claim the nonsense is happening to them. And whenever a rational sounding person shows up and wants to discuss Gang-Stalking -- they are overwhelmed by a steady spew of un-Earthly crazy sounding crap.
As for the supposedly independent "bunch" of people who hangs out in the FFCHS vicinity. How can you believe their crazy talk -- when in the next breath they use Mafia techniques of; 1) slander, 2) mobbing, 3) flooding -- which they do universally. I think these people are liars -- paid to continually talk crazy. They are very good actors -- doing double duty -- crazy talk -- mixed with the aforementioned intimidation techniques.
Another job title is the interrupter -- who arrives to flood talk shows and chat rooms with gibberish -- just as the conversation starts getting good. It is a constant challenge to listen in on a rational conversation when so many shills -- who's job it is to flood all talk.
Out on the "street" the role of perps is clearly defined -- and the resources are huge. The Perps continually rotate -- many times daily. Out there, once a Gang-Stalking target is away from home, they rarely see the same street perps twice. But online it's different -- it's almost like being close to home -- you get to know them, in an online sense..
There's a new voice on every talk show conference call -- continually training crazy talking shills. But these shills are here today, gone tomorrow, you never hear from them again. The revolving door of these people -- shows what a charade the Perp flooded TI talk show calls at TalkShoe are.

Perps say, "why can't we all get along" -- as they try not to get along with TIs.
Perps who masquerade as doubters of Gang-Stalking -- sound just like regular doubters.
Perps are actors -- appalled, innocent & offended -- like this actor -- free GasLight 1940 movie.
It's a waste of time to argue or try to convince a Perp of anything -- they're Perps!
Perps pretend to not understand what they are saying.
They get mad at you for not believing the craziest things -- it is an act!
They take advantage of you when you are apologetic or sympathetic (e.g. muting & crazy talk.
TI Talk Shows & Chat Rooms:
Perps dominantly outnumber the pure (uncorrupted) TIs -- in TI oriented -- chat rooms & talk shows.
Most Perp talk is bunk -- it is intended to sound CRAZY -- to discredit Gang-Stalking.
Targeted Individual (TI) Issues:
TI employment searches are circumvented -- go broke & susceptible to becoming Perps.
The syndicate wants to turn newly aware TIs into a Green Perp. (push from phase 3 to 4).
Other:
I didn't know when a Perp is complaining or shaming -- that means you're piercing their armor.
And they want to get you to stop whatever it is you're doing.
I didn't know when 2 Perps are complaining or agreeing -- you are "really" piercing their armor.
When a Perp is foaming at the mouth -- it's a bingo.
I didn't know when Perps are complaining, they are acting.
The syndicate doesn't want people using the word "vigilante".
There are influential people are on the TI's side -- to fix things.
Perps are compensated with money -- duh!
I was surprised at the death threats online & on the street.
Things I Learned Hosting a TI Talk Show:
I was surprised by the amount of great advice -- usually from anonymous guests.
I was surprised to be able to rub shoulders with so many world class thinkers.
I naively thought I would be left alone to expose Gang-Stalking.
I didn't know how much my street harassment would increase -- plus online.
I didn't know that my interviewees & chat room participant's harassment would increase.
I didn't know how right I was -- to think the CRAZY talk was intentional -- to flood Gang-Stalking.
I didn't know perps would masquerade as pure (uncorrupted) TIs & flood interviews with crazy talk.
The Leaders & Name Collectors:
I didn't know that "most" self anointed leaders of TIs, are themselves Perps.
I didn't know "most" name / email / phone# collectors are Perps.
I didn't know that so many people in the anti-mobbing community -- would mob.
The Internet is Cooked:
I didn't know how "cooked" Internet data is -- to find out about Gang-Stalking
I didn't know access to my talk show would be circumvented -- cuz they don't want the word to get out.
section 802 of the patriot act makes all crime terrorism, so under the patriot act they could gang stalk you for jaywalking or whatever lame excuse

Dear Perp:
Each day -- pieces of information about targeting -- fall into my lap. This helps to expose Gang-Stalking of Targeted Individuals (TIs). I especially hope to help wise up -- TIs who are not yet aware -- that they are targets of organized vigilante stalking.
Much of the information I receive makes its way onto ExposeGangStalking.com.
When a TI agreed to a Perp "deal" -- they did it for their own preservation -- or that of their family. Part of the unholy deal -- obligates them to target other TIs. Perps are gagged -- however many of them want to get the word out -- and they're the ones I hope to hear from.
Much of the "scoop" comes to me via my talk show at VancouverWaTi.com. The chat room enables you to type in tips -- without the need to say who you are. And I am always ready to do an interview -- regardless of where you are on the Gang-Stalking landscape. No appointment is necessary, just show up.

On Talk Shows:
Nuisance Audio: Tunnel sounding, poor signal, echos, clicking, incoherent accent.
Irritating Voice: Screechy, fading in and out, arguments, annoying to listen to.
Crazy Sounding: Far fetched talk which sounds nutty to most listeners.
Domination: Perp interrupts rooms, won't shut up, host acts naive, lets it happen.
Harassment:
Interruptions: Irritating sounds when people are talking (giggling, balloon rubbing).
In Chat Rooms:
Flooding: Chat room overwhelmed by Perp mobs, to derail substantive discussions.
Gibberish: Meaningless chatter, senseless babble, often while host is tied up.
This may be because stupidware may have infiltrated a target's PC.
Classroom Clown: Uses humor to distract, avoiding discussions of substance.
Impersonation:
Impersonation: Perp masquerades as a real TI, getting people annoyed at the TI.
Anticipating: Fake TI enters room & acts rude, then the real arriving TI is muted.
Manipulation:
Love Bombing: Always complimenting, Inhibits your desire to resist their future ploys.
Greeter Seater: Acts like a room official, sweet as pie, so the host won't boot her.
Emotional Sapping: Energy sucking to drain the your patience and will.
Ganging Up:
Mobbing: Many people attacking one target in a talk/chat room, much like on the street.
Sock Puppet: One person pretending to be a mob, using many simultaneous logins.
Personal Attacks:
Character Assassination: Scum bag slanders a TI, dupes others to join the mob.
Picking a Fight: Baiting someone into an argument.
Chat Room Stalking: Perp uses surveillance powers, coat-tails a TI into chat room.

1985 -- In 1985 I was working on a project -- that didn't seem like a security issue to me at the time -- but thinking back, now I can see that I was being surveilled. Plus I had a few beer drinking friends who stated they had clearances -- although never discussed anything about their work, and I never asked.
1994 -- Covert Phase -- In 1994 my subtle harassment started. Yet it wasn't until 2010 that I discovered the terms; Targeted Individual (TI) -- and Gang-Stalking.
That's because the government does not want word to get out about Gang-Stalking -- to either TIs -- or to the world. But if word does get out -- they want it to sound crazy -- this explains all the dis-information -- and all the crazy sounding talk -- surrounding this issue.
I have been placed in a Psyop -- called Gang-Stalking -- now I am spreading the word -- to help wise up everyone to the scam -- but especially unaware TIs.. See Five Phases a TI can Endure
May-2002 -- I advised the FBI of corruption -- which I had observed on the Internet.
Contacting law enforcement may actually have contributed to my targeting. I recommend, that TIs never contact any form of law enforcement -- of course I didn't know I was a TI in the Covert Phase at the time, or even what that meant.
Fall-2005 -- Relocated to a new zip code -- following a blowup with old time friend.
Apr-15-2006 -- Overt Phase -- Per the protocol, this is when they wanted me to know I was being stalked, harassed, and slandered. However I didn't become "aware" that it was "organized", until four years later, in the "Aware TI Phase". Stalking & tinnitus began.
Feb-09-2007 -- Approximately twice a week, at random times, I had been driving Southbound on I-205 from Vancouver, WA into Portland, OR. On these trips, I began to notice cars boxing me in. I generally drive in the left lane on the freeway. The mob had a vehicle in front, one tailgating me, and two cars to the right lane veering regularly into my lane -- there was no way to escape the "box". This scenario happened perhaps 6-8 times. I did not document these occurrences -- as it did not occur to me to do so. On one trip, a white 1999 GMC Sierra, with a young woman driving, slammed on her brakes in front of me, for no apparent reason. I could have stopped in time, but a split second later, the car behind me, which was being driven by a young man, with a female passenger, tapped me into the truck in front of me. I saw no damage to the rear of my truck, so we both agreed he could leave. This was the first accident I'd had in over a decade, and my insurance rates increased 2 1/2 times, because of the $1500 of supposed damage to her truck. At the time -- I did not relate this incident -- to the Overt Harassment that I had been subjected for the prior 10 months. However, 3 years later, after I became an Aware-TI, I learned the concept of Vehicle Mobbing, which happens frequently to Targeted Individuals -- I also learned of the FBI's floating box system of harassment and surveillance. I now believe this "accident" was intentional -- and the "skilled tap" by the guy following me insured there would be an "accident". However as is so common with TIs, there is no proof. Especially when dealing with organized crime -- and in this case it was an Interstate Crime. Incidentally, my insurance adjuster strongly suggested that I "not" file an accident report with the State of Oregon -- as one was not "necessary". I suspect insurance companies know who the TIs and the Perps are.
Dec-2007 -- Relocated to a new zip code -- the targeting followed me.
2008 -- In the year 2008 I speculated to myself, that my harassment may have been launched due to my outspokenness on the Internet about a corporation. The harassment ceased during the 2-3 month period that I removed the text -- I am sorry, but I can not remember the exact months. I was infuriated to think that someone could inflict harassment on me for speaking the truth about dirty corporate tactics. So I put the text back up -- and my harassment continued -- with interest -- and has been ongoing ever since.
Mon-May-03-2010 -- On the street, I advised a City of Vancouver, WA police officer that I was being harassed. She could have wised me up -- but said nothing. Since that time I've learned -- police are gagged from wising up people about harassment or stalking -- in fact I was lucky that she didn't have me committed for psychiatric "care" for even discussing it. I repeat -- TIs should never contact law enforcement.
Mon-May-10-2010 -- Aware TI Phase -- Seven days after talking to the cop -- I became an "Aware TI". Even though I had been "overtly" harassed and slandered for 4 years -- I was shocked to learn that it is an "Organized" protocol -- known as Gang-Stalking. I discovered this on a blog posting at PortlandMercury.com -- left there by GangStalkingWorld.com -- I will be forever grateful for their posting and web site. I hope that site hasn't become infiltrated -- or flooded by Perps and crazy sounding talk.
I immediately began mentioning Gang-Stalking to many people -- my targeting increased significantly from that point on.
Mid Aug-2010 -- I discovered the so-called TI "community" at TalkShoe.com.
Initially I naively mistook it as a community of uncorrupted TIs -- but I later learned it is largely dominated by TI who have been "turned" into Perps -- and Perps masquerading as "pure" (uncorrupted) TIs.
Sat-Aug-28-2010 -- I began hosting my own talk show #87161 at TalkShoe.com. I was determined to focus on Gang-Stalking -- and avoid all the crazy sounding talk that the other TI talk shows were being flooded with. I conducted a number of interviews on the subject of Gang-Stalking.
Nov-Dec-2010 -- Numerous interviewees and callers to my show -- began reporting increased targeting on the street -- about things they had said on my talk show & recordings. Their "street theater" harassment -- and online harassment -- were working seamlessly together. I had personally encountered increased online and street targeting -- however, I was surprised -- by the reports that it was happening to participants of my talk show as well. Clearly the Perps didn't want un-corrupted TI talk shows around. Today most people only log into my chat room as a Guest, rather than a pseudo-name.
Sat-Nov-27-2010 -- I chastised Freedom FCHS in the chat room of their talk show -- during the regularly scheduled Saturday evening conference call. They had been sponsoring numerous talk shows -- with repeated "extreme" crazy talk. The focus FFCHS's talk shows -- had nothing to do with TI issues -- this discredited TI issue to anyone listening. FFCHS did not acknowledge or address their issues -- and it's still going on today -- five months later in May-2011.
Targeted Individuals (TIs) are in a life or death battle -- and FFCHS is the "only" place to turn for help. Yet FFCHS seems to be in a ploy -- to discredit the very TIs -- who they are supposedly trying to help. I had overheard many everyday people -- snicker about the continual crazy sounding talk on the many TI talk shows. FFCHS was clearly adding fuel to the fire.
The text I entered into the chat room that evening -- is still visible at Chat Grabber. It's on FFCHS's talk show #66339 -- episode #151 -- I was logged in as Guest 29, followed by Guest 53, then Guest 71. The following Saturday was episode #152 and I was Guest 44.
Sat-Dec-04-2010 -- First food poisoning/drugging (devastating), from a product I used to purchase "each" time I visited a local convenience store -- I concluded that a Perp must have sabotaged the container that I was most likely to choose -- in anticipation of my arrival at the store. Some would say -- it was just a coincidence that I was poisoned/drugged, exactly 7 days following my chastising of FFCHS -- in the chat room the previous week -- and on the morning before the next regularly scheduled Saturday evening conference call. I have no idea who poison/drugged me -- but this was a clear message to me -- from somebody -- who did not want me to challenge the FFCHS crazy sounding talk shows.
The effects of this food poisoning/drugging seem to have stabilized (as of May-2011). My dexterity has returned to normal; I can now shave, brush my teeth, type, walk with no limp, and my hand writing is back to normal. My memory has always worked fine, even while I was affected by whatever had happened to me. However a 10-20% "drunken sounding" speech slur remains. Listen to any of my recordings before vs. after Dec-04-2010 -- to hear how this incident affected my speech.
Fri-Dec-10-2010 -- Second food poisoning/drugging (medium impact) at a locally owned restaurant that I used to frequent "each" Friday night. I have not been back there since.
Mid-Dec-2010 -- Third food poisoning/drugging (minimal but noticeable) at a corporate deli.
Three times now, the Perps had poisoned/drugged my food -- at places I visited often -- and they wanted me to know -- but not be able to prove -- that they were doing it. I took it as a clear message they wanted me to shut my talk show down -- the Perps did not want word about Gang-Stalking to get out -- because I would not entertain the crazy talk that an army of Perps were continually attempting to interject into each show.
This crazy talkers in the TI / Perp "community" at TalkShoe, diagnosed me from afar, saying I must have been affected by some sort of black magic "tech" -- another one of their crazy sounding hair-brain theories. This was yet another attempt by the Perps to make any word about Gang-Stalking to sound crazy.
Wed-Dec-22-2010 -- In-home toxic fumes campaign began, which required outside air ventilation. The smells were of chemicals, carbon monoxide, and other fumes -- they continued on and off for approximately 2-3 months, on intermittent days, 2-4 times a day, for about 1 hour at a time.
My cat jumped onto my lap one time, with fur that was fumigated with the toxic smell, having obviously been close to where it was originating from, but I could not find the source within my messy apartment. The crazy talkers in the TI / Perp community claimed black magic "tech" made me "think" I was smelling odors. I never heard one of their hair-brain theories for the smell in the cat's fur.
Sun-Jan-02-2011 -- TalkShoe.com ceases displaying 5-6 "independent" TI talk shows as "live now" -- which immediately wiped out the traffic to my show, and the others. However the FFCHS (self anointed leaders & crazy talkers) show #66339, their sponsored shows, and a small handful of other TI shows at TalkShoe were not affected -- and were still being promoted when they were live.
Tue-Feb-01-2011 -- Like a number of other TIs, I heard tapping on my walls many times before. But on this date I heard an aggressive banging on the ceiling above me. One time a person on the floor below me, said she could hear it clear down there. But the next time it happened, they claimed someone must be pounding down carpet tacking -- which is ludicrous -- since it happens so often. Wall tapping usually came from the apartment on either side of me; left or right. But a couple of times, the banging started on one side, and a few minutes later the Perp moved to the apartment on the other side. It appeared to me that the wall tapping Perp must have keys to the place.
I recorded the tapping a few times, and replayed it onto a few talk shows -- which I realize proved nothing. But it stopped the crazy talkers in the TI / Perp community, from saying I was imagining the sound because of black magic -- the ludicrous "tech" must not have affected my Sony recorder. These wackos have a far fetched explanation for everything -- and continually flood Gang-Stalking discussions with crazy talk -- to take the attention off of Gang-Stalking! This "noise campaign" continued for many months (and is still occurring intermittently as of May-2011).
Early Feb-2011 -- After a month of non promotion -- TalkShoe uneventfully resumed displaying the independent TI talk shows on the "live now" page -- and the traffic to the shows resumed. The FFCHS crazy talking sponsored shows were unaffected -- all along.
For the record, I realize that any de-listing of shows by TalkShoe -- would have just been complying with government mandates for all of these shows. The gov does not want word to get out about their Gang-Stalking / Vigilante In-Justice / Black-Listing. But if word does get out -- they want it to be flooded -- with crazy sounding talk.
Wed-Feb-09-2011 -- I purchased the Internet domain, VancouverWaTi.com, and renamed my TalkShoe handle "to" that name -- from Vancouver_WA_TI. Building traffic to this domain provides an alternate avenue to get the word out, in case TalkShoe ever stops displaying my show #87161 as live again.
Sun-Feb-13-2011 -- After re-engaging with my show, I did my first interview in 6 weeks. During my six weeks of non recording -- I had been visiting the chat rooms of other TI shows, many hours, every day.
Mon-Feb-21-2011 -- Purchased Internet Domain www.ExposeGangStalking.com -- which started out as a summary, then expanded it into a fuller Gang-Stalking centric content.
Tue-Mar-29-2011 -- Published Audio #1078: Agent 9 -- Perp Spills Beans #1.
The Agent 9 interviews were a Big Break -- with critical info -- pertinent to TIs.
Five Phases a TI can Endure -- is based, in part, on info from Agent 9 interviews.
Thu-Mar-31-2011 -- Published Audio #1079: Agent 9 -- Perp Spills Beans #2.
Agent 9 has not been back since then -- only a couple of obvious imposters.
Early-Apr-2011 -- The Agent 9 interviews -- for the first time -- spurred a significant amount of open discussion in the TI "community" on the TalkShoe TI shows -- about the Mafia / Government / Perps forcing TIs to be jobless and homelesness -- and at their lowest point -- with no other choice -- endeavoring to corrupt them -- into actually becoming a Green Perp.
Sun-Apr-24-2011 -- Purchased www.ExposeVigilantism.com, a day after I perceived that the two Ohio crazy talker web sites -- the self anointed leaders of TIs -- avoid using the word VIGILANTE -- that term was virtually non-existent on those two web sites, as of this writing.
Fri-May-20-2011 -- Bob in San Diego's TI talk show call was removed from FFCHS's promotion page, and his traffic plummeted down to near zero. He has been Gang-Stalked for about 15 years & does not discuss much else past Gang-Stalking. Every Friday Night @ 9 PM EST (since 2008)

Mon-Oct-03-2011 -- Began speaking out nightly on a FRS & CB radios (Family Radio Service & Citizens Band) -- presently FRS #8 & CB #8, each night @ 8 PM PST. The signal carries about 1-2 miles from downtown Vancouver old Academy District.
Moral of the Story:
The gov does not want word about their Gang-Stalking -- Vigilante Justice -- Black-Listing to get out.
But if word does get out -- they want it to be flooded with un-Earthly CRAZY sounding talk.

This item is partially done, many thanks, but will stay on top on this list until completed.
Perp Rating (PR) Script -- so one could load to load questions into the script, from the validate page -- and come up with a TI, Perp, TI-Perp rating. The visitor to the page -- would be thinking of someone -- and answer the questions on where they feel this person would apply. Each question would be "weighted". Upon finishing the questions, the result would be -- a PR rating -- on how perpish that person is. -- The raw script should be in the Public Domain. -- I prefer not having to depend on a web service.
I understand that I might have to reword the questions.
It would be nice if the script was clean and easy to modify, especially the section where the questions go.
This script will be used for many other things, such as zzzzzz.

Disk-less Workstation SW for PC -- with NO writable devices -- No hard drive -- No thumb drive.
For the record I've experimented with Puppy Linux & Tiny Core Linux, these are both very cool because they boot from an ISO CD, and the latest browsers are loaded automatically each time the PC reboots, and when booted from a pure write-only CD, there is no need for any local storage. Note I don't have any problem with gen'ing CDs often. These distros are huge steps in the right direction, however I am just hoping for more, such as; PDF Viewer, Flash installed, works with TalkShoe, etc. Once again, no-no-no local storage. A lot of my visitors are reporting that their Win/Mac's are compromised. It would be nice to suggest something solid to them.
