Crockpot Black Eyed Peas

1 lb. bag black eyed peas (soaked for 6-8 hours)

15 pinches Celtic sea salt

2 bags frozen mixed vegetables

3 tablespoons Sea Seasonings Triple Blend Flakes

4 heaping tablespoons coconut oil

1 large organic lemon

6 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar

4 cups of water


Cook on low for 8 - 12 hours. Serve with rice, bread, potatoes or tortillas.
