Hello. My name is Candy Grandpre. My case # is A6069725. I'm homeless. I'm writing this letter to appeal the wrongful conviction from the June 17, 2026 court date with Judge Raymond Osborn of the Gretna Mayor's Court.
I'm in a situation where I'm being stalked, harassed & threatened by a satanic cult that's trying to destroy my life. They are human traffickers. They keep making false police calls (swatting) me, having me wrongfully arrested & thrown in jail for crimes that I didn't commit. They also illegally stalk & track my EVERY move, & they cal up hotels, restaurants & other businesses to tell lies & have me wrongfully permanently banned. They gang stalk & attack me both online & in person.
Neither the public defender, prosecutor, nor the judge want to listen to me or see my evidence of my innocence. They're all part of the gang stalking cult. For this reason, I had to get rid of the public defender, Patrick Sens, because he wasn't helpful. He's also shady, manipulative, abusive & narcissistic. He oppressed me, instead of helped me. He robbed me financially. This is why I was forced with no choice but to represent myself. Thank court judge, prosecutor, public defender, etc. were all angry with me because of this.
They keep trying to FORCE me to have a public defender so they could exploit for more money, & that's why they kept pushing the court dates back.
Gretna Mayor's Court. Why does no one question this? Is this fair? Here's a journal of me - others exposing what they do.
Prosecutors & public defenders won't let innocent people plead "not guilty", when they're wrongfully arrested, taken to jail & then have to go to court. They have no problem robbing the indigent, but they threaten us that we will have HELL to pay, if we're innocent & plead "not guilty" for a crime we didn't commit. They say that it's because they have to pay more money whenever we plead not guilty. They even bully, intimidate & threaten you to not take your case to trial, COERCE you to plead "guilty". Where's the outrage, & why does everyone go along with this?
All about meeting quotas. I heard that Gretna police had a cult-like system with bullying officers to wrongfully arrest innocent citizens, all in the fake name of meeting quotas. Gretna is the "arrest capital of America".

I apologize. I'm very sleep deprived, as I write this. I went to the Clerk of Court office at 327 Huey P. Long Ave. The lady at the front desk was rude, unhelpful & gave me ZERO guidance on how to do this appeal letter. So, I'm trying my best.
On June 17, the judge called officer Lowery of Gretna police up to the witness stand. Officer Lowery lied under oath. When it was my turn to speak, the prosecutor kept saying, "Objection!", to everything I tried to say. The judge didn't let me explain myself. He lied, saying that I had no evidence. When I did. But he rejected my evidence. I tried to show the judge a flash drive of evidence of the stalkers admitting to swatting & lying on me. He didn't want to see it. The stalkers stole my orange backpack that contained evidence of the notarized letter, stating that I was allowed at the library after hours. I had to put the evidence on a flash drive because I had difficulty trying to print out hard copies. They wouldn't print correctly.
Neither the judge, prosecutor, nor public defender had my best interest at heart. & they all refused to see my documentation & evidence. They were so oppressive. I'm forced to have to pay $854.50 for crimes that I didn't commit. & no one wants to listen to me.
